thanks cara, for taking time to post these on (probably?) a slow connection. totally a different lifestyle, it looks like. a huge adjustment, i'm sure -- you seem to be doing it very well. i bet sarah is going to be amazingly smart, being out in nature so much. :)

Meredith, I'm kinda saving that book - the first time she read it (unaccompanied) she ripped a flap - oops. But ya, it's a 'gooder.'
