having trouble with my arms again so no blogging lately. My whole right side seems to be tight and yesterday was carpal tunnelish feeling in each arm. Appreciate any prayers. Feeling a bit better today yeah. So feel free to call if you want any news from me.

Cara, you are so lovely in those pictures. Just wanted to say hi. I just got back from my 100km trek in England, it was tough! I am trying to send Sarah's bday gift, i wanted to surprise you guys but it is getting later and later, im shopping for you know! maybe ill throw something in for andy too! I miss all of you and Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow! We dont get to celebrate it:< oh well! love you all!
